We created this ‘Why is Teddy happy?’ pack in conjunction with our ‘Why is Teddy sad?’ pack in order for you to be able to explore emotions, empathy and mental health with children.

As well as investigating the feeling of ‘happiness’ by talking about what might cause us to feel happy and what it actually feels like, this pack could also be a doorway to talking about mental health. In addition, it aids in the mindfulness practice of recognising emotions.
