PANCAKE ORDERS - COUNTING GAME/ACTIVITY
After being cut out, the picture cards can be spread out on a table or on the floor in front of the child/children.
The speech bubble cards can be piled up ready for a child to pick one.
The speech bubble cards can be read by an adult or the child can use the numeral and colour clues to decode it for themselves.
Child then to fulfil the speech bubble request by finding the right order.

COLOURING MIXING EXPERIMENT SHEETS/DISPLAY - PANCAKES
Colour mixing experiment sheets with a pancake theme. For example, paint the first pancake yellow and the second red. Then mix the two colours together and paint the bottom pancake in the resulting orange colour. You may want to repeat this for a few different mixtures and make a ‘Colour Mixing’ display.
