When you see the green ‘Your Account’ button in the bottom right of the screen this means that you are logged into the site and ready to go. You can access all of the resources! If you would like to access information about your account or change anything such as your password or email address, you can click on this button and you will be presented with options regarding viewing and editing your details. When you have finished viewing and editing your profile you can simply click on the cross in the top right corner of the profile box and you will be able to access the site and resources as usual.

*Important* - If you wish to receive our inspirational newsletter service please ensure you check the appropriate box. To do this, go into 'Your Account' (click on the green button mentioned above), select 'Edit your profile' and check the newsletter box (if it is unchecked). Click the green button which says 'Update profile'. You will find this by scrolling down to the bottom.

When you exit the site, on your return you may see that the green box says ‘Log In/Sign Up’. If this is the case just click the button and enter your new login password (the one you have just created) and this will sign you in. If you do not need to edit your profile/account in any way after logging in, just click on the cross in the top right corner of the profile box and you will be able to access the site and resources as usual.

In the unlikely event that when in ‘Your Account’ under the heading ‘Your current plan’ you see in red ‘[Not currently on a plan]’ written, please email us at littleowlsresources@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.

PayPal customers please note:

Unfortunately we can no longer accept NEW PayPal customers, however (even though you may see the word 'free' in conjunction with your membership), your payment will continue in PayPal with the same recurring billing date. If at any point you wish to cancel your paid membership please do so either directly through PayPal or by contacting us at littleowlsresources@gmail.com. In the event you would like to switch from PayPal to using a card through Stripe in line with our new members, please again just email us at the above address.
